Sarri faces the SACK if his side lose to Inter this weekend (La Repubblica)

Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri could face the sack if his side lose to title rivals Inter Milan this weekend, according to La Repubblica.

The former Chelsea boss once again launched an extraordinary attack on his players after their defeat to Lyon in the Champions League this week.

And should Juventus' problems continue, the hierarchy could make a sensational exemption and bring back former boss Massimiliano Allegri, but the club's philosophy could prevent him from taking over.

Sarri's words after their shock defeat in France surprised senior figures Fabio Paratici, Pavel Nedved and Andrea Agnelli - and there is a great fear of what the rest of the season may bring.

Latest reports from Italy claim the Juventus squad are struggling to understand Sarri's 'vague, confused and unassimilated' instructions.

It led La Repubblica to even describe him as 'the teacher who tells parents that he is not able to teach the alphabet to children', given that his side lack an identity and a typical formation.

Sarri has oscillated for months between the attacking midfielder or the three strikers, and having decided on the latter, the team's improvement has since been slow.

And should his side come unstuck against Antonio Conte's men on Sunday, the relationship between the relative parties could end 24 months earlier than the original agreement signed in the summer until 2022.

Juventus players and management are not happy with results nor the methods of the Tuscan coach, who despite the latest news could remain with the Italian champions until the end of the season.

But a possible turnaround should other negative results arrive could come with Sarri being sacked and Allegri - who is under contract with Juve until the end of the season after leaving at the end of last season - being recalled.

At the Continassa training centre, the team is very tense and not many words are heard during training.

And the Serie A champions may look to Aaron Ramsey, who could be best weapon for big match against Inter after the Welsh midfielder put in one of the better displays in the disastrous match against Lyon.
