Bayern stalled in the negotiation with Neuer of his new contract

Negotiations between Bayern & Manuel Neuer have stalled. Both parties are far away regarding duration & wages.

According to Bild, Neuer wants a new five-year contract at Bayern Munich with an annual salary of over €20 million.

Both parties are in negotiations over a new contract extension, with Neuer’s current deal expiring in 2021. Bayern want to offer the Germany international a contract until 2023 with the option for a further year. But The Bayern's decision-makers had actually assumed that they had submitted a top financial offer.
