Solskjaer tells Man United to beat Arsenal, Atletico & Real Madrid to sign Ghanaian star

Red Devil manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has informed Manchester United board to overtake Arsenal, Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid to sign Ghanaian sensation Mohammed Salisu from Real Valladolid this summer.

The 21-year-old centre-back has formed a key part of Real Valladolid’s defence this season, making 27 appearances in Spain’s top flight as the La Liga lie 15th in the table amid the coronavirus postponement.

According to Spanish publication claim that Manchester United are weighing up a move to trigger Salisu release clause of €12m (£10.5m) in his current contract at Estadio José Zorrilla.

However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side could face stiff competition from Premier League rival Arsenal and two La Liga outfits of Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid for Ghana international signature, although Real Valladolid are supposedly determined to tie the centre-back down to a new contract.

Salisu’s current deal at Estadio José Zorrilla is set to expire at the end of the 2021-22 season.
