Arsenal Give Hint Of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Accepting Contract Extension

There are hints that Arsenal are set to reach a conclusion to the contract saga involving Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang by posting four photos their top scorer on social media within just 12 hours.

This has risen the hopes of Arsenal fans as they have been worried about the future of Aubameyang.

The Gabon international grew frustrated with their lack of silverware having gone on without any major honours since Dortmund’s DFB-Pokal victory back in 2017.

That disappointment combined with his pledge to one day play for Real Madrid had left Gunners supporters worried over his contract expiration, which is due for the summer of 2021.

Gunners’ official Instagram account published four photos of the skipper in a period of just 12 hours earlier in the week – which is something they might not have done if a player was refusing to sign a new contract.

One fan replied: “When’s it gonna be announced?”
Another added: “If he was definitely leaving they’d post bare minimum so we gradually disassociate from him.”

With another adding “Has to be, the insta is dedicated to him swear.”

And a fifth stating: “Plenty of Auba on Arsenal socials. He has signed new deal.”
