Cristiano Ronaldo Has Done Something To Show Man Utd He Still Loves Them

Cristiano Ronaldo Show Man Utd Loves Them
Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo showed he still has a place for Manchester United in his heart when he reminisced over the club’s 2008 Champions League victory.

The Portugal captain guided Sir Alex Ferguson’s side to their third European Cup in 2008, which turned out to be his penultimate season at Old Trafford.

Nevertheless, with the 12-year anniversary of the win coming earlier this week, Ronaldo sent a message to the Red Devils and his former team-mates on Instagram.

The Portuguese superstar uploaded a photo of the post-match celebrations along with a trophy and prayer sign, as well as tagging Manchester United’s official account.

Ronaldo inspired United to 2009 final but his final game in a United shirt ended horribly as Barcelona masterminded a 2-0 win against Ferguson’s side in Rome.

The 35-year-old has been repeatedly linked with a return to Old Trafford but his decision to join Juventus after his nine-year stay in Madrid makes a return to United unlikely.
