Lille president prepared to reduce the asking price of Nigerian attacker Victor Osimhen

Lille president Gerard Lopez is prepared to reduce the asking price of Nigerian attacker Victor Oshimhen as he aims to listen to offer for the striker.

Osimhen has been spectacular this season for Lille and he is set to be sold by Lopez who wants to balance the books this summer.

The likes of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United have all been linked with Osimhen as intermediaries were previously quoted a price of €80-90m for Lopez to sell.

However, Le 10 Sport says Lopez, recognising he must cash in to keep the club running, is prepared to accept a more realistic fee for the striker.

Indeed, in Italy, it’s claimed Lille could sell as low as €55m with Napoli keen.

Real Madrid and Barcelona were also linked with a move for the Nigerian striker in the past months.
