Ndidi beat Liverpool & Man United star after he was named 4th best midfielder in Premier League

Super Eagles and Leicester City maestro Wilfred Ndidi has been ranked fourth best midfielder in the 201-20 Premier League this season.
The 23-year-old Nigeria international has established himself as one of the best defensive midfielders in the Premier League, delivering impressive performances for the Foxes where he made the most tackles (92) and interceptions (61) of any league this season.

According to football statistics website, Squawka has ranked Super Eagles star Ndidi one of the tens of the best midfielders this current season before the Premier League
Other notable players in the ranking are Kevin de Bruyne of Manchester City, Liverpool duo Jordan Henderson and Georginio Wijnaldum, Fred of Manchester United and Mateo Kovacic of Chelsea.

Commenting on Ndidi, Squawka wrote: “You may have been struck by Wilfred Ndidi’s importance to Leicester City during his recent spell on the sidelines. Across those five matches he missed, due to a troublesome knee injury, Brenda Rodgers’ men picked up just two points from 15 available while shipping seven goals.

“He is, without doubt, the glue which binds everything together in perfect harmony and there’s a strong case his presence allows everyone around him to excel, as we saw in those big wins over Newcastle United (3-0), West Ham (4-1) and Aston Villa (4-0), which happen to be his only league appearances in 2020 so far.”

Here are the top ten Premier League’s best midfielders this season.
