Arsenal Release Images Of Shirt They’ll Wear To Face Man City Tonight

Arsenal Images Shirt Wear Man City
Arsenal have released the NHS and Black Lives Matter tribute kit that the team will wear against Manchester City on Wednesday.

Every Premier League player will have the name on the back of their shirt swapped out for ‘Black Lives Matter’ for the opening round of matches, starting on Wednesday and fans got a glimpse of how the additions look with Arsenal’s third kit.

The anti-racism movement has gathered real momentum during the league’s hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic and a Black Lives Matter logo will also remain on the sleeves of shirts for the rest of the 2019-20 season.

Raheem Sterling, who will likely face Arsenal on Wednesday night, has been a vocal leader among Premier League players calling for greater change amid the Black Lives Matter movement.

As well as the kits, players who opt to take a knee before games or in celebration – a gesture which has become synonymous with the movement and for fighting against racism – will be supported by the league.
