Liverpool interested in signing Bournemouth forward Joshua King

Bournemouth forward Joshua King has reportedly emerged as a shock transfer target for a number of team in the English top-tier.

While the Cherries shunned offers during the winter transfer window, Norwegian forward now has just over a year left on his current deal at the Vitality Stadium.

With Ryan Fraser and Jordon Ibe already due to depart on free transfers, it leaves the Cherries in a position where they will likely have to cash in on the Norwegian forward.

According to The Mirror, Premier League giants Chelsea, Liverpool and Man Utd are all keeping tabs on the situation.

The Red Devils, a former team of King, had been keen to secure a reunion with their former player at the start of 2020 – a feeling which was believed to be mutual.

The 28-year-old has found back of the net 46 goals from 154 appearances in the top tier since 2015.

Liverpool and Chelsea also eyeing a move for another Bournemouth attacker Ryan Fraser who has been keen on to sign for a bigger team after impressive two seasons with the Cherries.

Manchester United meanwhile yet to make a decision about future of on-loan forward Odion Ighalo who has joined them from Chinese club Shanghai Greenland Shenhua in the winter transfer window.
