Nelson Semedo forced to train alone ahead of Real Mallorca clash After breaking rules.

Some few days back it was reported that Barcelona right-back Nelson Semedo was caught breaking La Liga protocol at a birthday party due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Due to the preventive measures set by laliga, Nelson Semedo was forced to trained alone on Thursday as per La Liga protocol as Barcelona continued their preparations for Saturday’s match against Real Mallorca.

Nelson broke the protocols by attending a birthday party with 19 other guests. Barcelona is still in Phase 2 of the de-escalation process which means only groups of up to 15 people are allowed. The guests at the party were also not wearing face masks or observing social distancing measures.

According to Cat Radio, Semedo will have another coronavirus test on Thursday and if the result is negative he could be allowed to rejoin the group tomorrow.

The news does put a question mark over his involvement on Saturday and suggests that Sergi Roberto is more likely to get the nod at right-back now.
