Am Happy, I left Barcelona: Carles Perez happy with life at Roma

Carles Perez left Barcelona during the January transfer window due to lack of playing time and have been joying life at As Roma since then.

"I'm very happy here," Carles Perez said after scoring his first Serie A goal for Roma against SPAL as quoted by Sport.

"I'm sure I made the right decision because of the teammates I have and on a personal level too. I feel very happy in this group.

"Since we changed our system, the coach has asked for better pressing so we can attack quicker. And since the match against Bresica, you can see the results this style has brought."

Perez initially left Barcelona to join Roma on loan in January with the option to make the move permanent for €11 million, which was triggered by the Italian giants in February.

The attacker has bagged two goals and two assists for the Giallorossi in 14 appearances so far.
