Barcelona new signing Pedri emotional farewell message to Las Palmas

Pedri scored as Las Palmas defeated Extremadura 5-1 in their final game of the season.

The Spaniard seized the opportunity to thank the club as he will link up with Barca next.

"I'm very happy to contribute to the team, but a little sad because it is the farewell to a stadium that has given me everything, "

Pedri said after Las Palma's 5-1 win over Extremadura via RAC1.

"I'm happy with all the people who have surrounded me, the team, the club, and I only have words of thanks for them."


Barca completed the signing of Pedri in September 2019 and allowed him to finish the campaign with the Canarians.

The midfielder is expected to switch to Camp Nou this summer to begin preparations ahead of next season.
