Barcelona Thinking of keeping Arturo Vidal

Barcelona is reportedly considering extending Arturo Vidal's stay in the Catalan capital following his brilliant displays for the Blaugrana this season, Mundo Deportivo reports.

The Chilean is one of several players the Catalans planned to put on the market this summer but they're now having a rethink after his performances caught their eye.

As per the report, Barca are now considering Vidal's physical condition, versatility and harmony with the club and they do not rule out his continuity.

The midfielder has had a decent campaign, coming out as one of the most reliable figures in the Blaugrana's squad.

Vidal has an impressive record of eight goals and three assists to his name so far across all competitions.
His current contract will run out on June 30, 2021.
