Barcelona Young stars reportedly to drop down to Barca B and help with promotion

FC Barcelona reserves team have to win two more matches in order to get promoted to the Segunda Division.

Ansu Fati, Riqui Puig and Ronald Araujo will join Barcelona B in order to help win promotion, ESPN report.

They are expected to fly to Malaga — where the tournament is being played — on Monday, July 20.

Barca B has beaten Real Valladolid's reserves and have qualified for semi-finals.

They will get to know their next rivals after the draw set for Monday before facing off against them on Thursday, July 23.

In order to go up a level, the Catalans need to win both the semi-finals and the final.

Meanwhile, the first team will go on a one-week break to rest up ahead of the Champions League.
