Chelsea and Manchester City are among a host of clubs monitoring David Alaba.

The Bayern Munich defender is negotiating a new deal with the club, but talks have hit a snag.

While Bayern want the Austrian to stay, he may move on this summer.

And the Daily Telegraph says the likes of City, Chelsea and a host of European sides are assessing whether Alaba will be available.

Real Madrid, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan are among those with an interest in the 28-year-old.

Alaba can play left back, centre-back and central midfield, while he is also an option on the wing.
