Rivaldo To Barcelona: Forget Lautaro Martinez and bring Neymar back

Barcelona former player and legend has given his opinion on the transfer of Lautaro Martinez and Neymar.

Barcelona are looking for a striker this season with Lautaro being the prime target.

Blaugrana legend suggests the Catalans forget about the Argentine and go for Neymar.

"Everything indicates that the Lautaro Martinez clause has already expired and that Barcelona will, therefore, have to negotiate with Inter," Tribal Football quote the Brazilian legend saying.

"Without a doubt, I think the team should focus on Neymar and they should do it for this summer.

"If Neymar joins Lionel Messi, they will again be this sensational team that won a few years ago. He would be the best recruit possible to re-motivate the group and offer alternatives in the game, and even offer some respite to Messi."

Rumours have it hat Barcelona have already reached an agreement with the Argentine striker. However, they don't have the cash to seal the move and are looking to sell Philippe Coutinho first.

As for Neymar. Paris Saint-Germain are looking to extend his contract but the 28-year-old reportedly continues dreaming of a Camp Nou return.
