Roma terminate sponsorship deal with Nike three years early.

AS Roma have axed their sponsorship with Nike three years early.

Nike replaced Kappa as Roma's technical sponsor from the 2013-14 campaign, with both parties agreeing to a 10-year deal.

But Roma have announced the deal has now been terminated.

“The early termination of the commercial agreement will allow AS Roma to explore new opportunities in the equipment and licensing space," chief operating officer Francesco Calvo told his club's official website.
