Arthur says final goodbye to Barcelona fans on his Twitter page

Arthur will join Juventus after two seasons at Camp Nou.

The Brazilian is grateful for his time in Catalonia, thanking the fans and his teammates.

"Leaving is always difficult. Even more so when leaving behind a place that is already your home. [Leaving] an incredible city, that will be forever in my heart," Arthur Melo said in his goodbye video on Twitter.

"Where everyone welcomed me like another Catalan, they showed me a new culture, helping me to grow as a player and, especially, as a person.

"I say goodbye to a group with impressive players. I'm very lucky to have played alongside them. And, above all, I am grateful for their support as friends, people with huge hearts.

"And a crowd that won me over from the first day, made me proud to be a Barcelona player and to defend one of the most important shirts in the world.

"That showed me affection and respect that I will never forget. Today is a day to say goodbye, but I take everything I have lived forever in my heart. Thanks for everything, Barcelona!"

The Brazilian will join Juventus after being sold for €72m plus €10m in add-ons. During his time at Blaugrana, Arthur recorded four goals and six assists in 72 matches, helping the team win the La Liga and the Spanish Supercup.
