Barcelona new boy Trincao wins 'best goal creator' award after terrific season in Portugal

Trincao has become the second-ever Braga player to get his hands on the award.

Portuguese outlet A Bola have named Francisco Trincao the 'best goal creator' of the 2019/20 Primeira Liga season, Diario AS report.

The 20-year-old topped the ranking with 20.5 points after registering eight league goals and six assists.

He also started 15 attacks that ended in goals and won two penalties.

The winger has become only the second player in the history of Braga to get the award after Marcio Mossoro won in the same nomination in the 2012/13 season.

Trincao has registered nine goals and 13 assists in 40 matches across all competitions this season.

Barcelona signed him for €31m back in January; the Portuguese will join the squad ahead of the next season.
