Barcelona President candidate Victor Font said to prefer Garcia Pimienta over Koeman

Presidential candidate Victor Font would like the Barcelona B manager Garcia Pimienta to be Quique Setien's replacement, as said by Diario Sport's Albert Roge.

Font believes Pimienta is the right candidate to take over until Xavi is ready.

As a reminder, Pimienta was on the rumoured list of the managers to replace Ernesto Valverde but he's not considered now, according to various reports.

Pimi has had an impressive campaign with Barca B, being one step away from getting promoted to Segunda.

Meanwhile, Ronald Koeman is said to be the best-positioned candidate to take over.
