Braithwaite exit will be decided on his Barca training section with Koeman

Up until now, the Catalans wanted to sell the striker, but thinks could change now that Koeman is around.

Ronald Koeman wants to 'analyze' Martin Braithwaite in the first week of training before deciding between keeping or selling him, Mundo Deportivo say.

The Dutchman wants to know the opinion of his assistant and future strikers' coach Henrik Larsson.

Koeman believes that Braithwaite could be useful coming off the bench, especially considering that the other options are still inexperienced.

So far, the Danish international has been linked with West Ham and Everton, but the teams aren't ready to do business now.

Last term, the 29-year-old managed only one goal in 11 matches for Barcelona; he started in only four matches.

Blaugrana bought him from Leganes for €18m to cover for Ousmane Dembele and Luis Suarez who had picked up long-term injuries.
