De Jong: Pjanic will make Barcelona stronger

De Jong describes Pjanic as 'a great player' who is 'very good on the ball' and remember Bartomeu said earlier that the Bosnian is going to be a starter at Barca.

"Miralem Pjanic is a great player and very good on the ball. I played against him last season so I know he will make the team stronger,” Frenkie de Jong has told beIN Sports USA. (h/t Diario Sport)

As a reminder, Barcelona bought the 30-year-old from Juventus for €60m and he is going to join us for the next season.

In an earlier interview, Josep Maria Bartomeu predicted that the Bosnian is going to become a starter at Blaugrana.

This season, the Bosnian registered three goals and eight assists in 43 games for the Bianconeri.
