I was lucky to have great player at Barcelona: Guardiola explain his no UCL with other club

Guardiola has said he was lucky to have great players at Barca.

The Catalan coach has been knocked out of the CL quarter-finals by Lyon.

"What do I say to people who say I have not won the Champions League since Barcelona because I don't have Leo Messi, Xavi, Andres Iniesta..?

I completely agree," Pep Guardiola has told Movistar.

"When I was in Barcelona I always said I won thanks to these incredible players. At Barca, I was a lucky man."

Manchester City have been knocked out of the UCL after losing 3-1 to Lyon.

The last time Pep won the competition was back in 2011 when he was still coaching Blaugrana.
