Julen Lopetegui praise Reguilon performance against inter Milan: He has grown at a barbaric rate
Reguilon's loan spell at Sevilla is over and the left-back won the Europa League in his yet final game for the Andalusians.
While the 23-year-old's next step remains unclear, Sevilla's boss hopes for his stay at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan beyond the summer.
“Reguilon has grown at a barbaric rate,” Sevilla manager Julen Lopetegui said after beating Inter Milan 3-2 in the Europa League final on Friday, as quoted by Managing Madrid.
“He’s a much more complete player than when he first joined. Hopefully, he can continue with us.”
Sergio Reguilon's loan spell at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan is now over.
The left-back's impressive performances for the Andalusians have attracted the attention of Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Napoli.
Some reports have suggested that Zinedine Zidane doesn't see the 23-year-old in his plans for the future. Hence, Real Madrid are believed to be ready to part ways with Sergio for €25m.
