Koeman hints at departures: some players can't compete on high intensity

Koeman says that some exits will only benefit the team, although he refuses to give names.

He adds that the time has come to rely on the youngsters more often.

"There are players who have reached a certain age and can't compete at a certain level.

But we respect everyone and we will do what's best for the team," Ronald Koeman has said during his presentation at Barcelona.

"I don't want to take names of players. But we are working together and will take the right decisions.

"It is time to play youngsters who are deserving. We need to play with more intensity."

According to reports, the club has instructed the Dutchman to clean up the dressing room.

The Catalans have reportedly put 17 players on the transfer market with such stars at Luis Suarez, Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets included.
