Messi to attend Barca's training despite exit rumours

The Argentinian won't go on strike even though he has supposedly requested for a transfer.

Leo Messi won't go on strike despite his reported intention to leave Barcelona already this summer, TyC Sports have just claimed.

The Argentinian will attend the club's first training session of the new season which is scheduled for next Monday, August 31.

As a reminder, TyC Sports were the first to break the news on Leo's decision to leave on Tuesday evening.

Meanwhile, just some hours ago, Barcelona's sporting director Ramon Planes confirmed that Messi didn't inform the club he didn't plan to attend the training.

Planes also made it clear that the Catalans are not contemplating Leo's exit.
