Nagelsmann is confident RB Lepzing will sign Angelino on a permanent transfer.

Barca see the Spaniard as one of the three options to replace Alba.

“Angelino? I'm very confident that we can reach an agreement with Manchester City.

Angelino is a very interesting player for us, and he wants to stay with us too,” RB Leipzig coach Julian Nagelsmann has told Bild.

The 23-year-old has spent the second part of the season on loan at Die Rotten, where he managed one goal and five assists in 18 matches. He still belongs to the Citizens.

Barcelona is reportedly looking for someone to take over from Jordi Alba and Angelino is said to be one of the candidates.

Besides him, the Catalans have also been linked with Valencia's Jose Gaya and Ajax's Nicolas Tagliafico.
