Ramon Planes refuse to comment on rumours over massive squad overhaul at Barcelona this summer

The likes of Pique, Busquets, Alba and Suarez have been linked with exits from Camp Nou after Bartomeu omitted them from the list of Barcelona's untouchables.

The club's new technical director has refused to dwell on potential departures this summer out of respect for the players.

"We must try to work internally and privately," Barcelona's new technical director Ramon Planes said of potential departures from Camp Nou this summer, as quoted by Marca.

"We must try to have a lot of respect for players who have given a lot to Barcelona.

"These decisions will be seen in the coming days. We must treat these players as they deserve [to be treated]."

Earlier this week, Josep Maria Bartomeu named his 7-man list of Barca's non-transferable players.

As the likes of Gerard Pique, Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba and Luis Suarez were omitted from the list, they have been linked with summer exits from the club.
