Ronaldinho Set to be released from home detention after 4 months

Ronaldinho is expected to be a free man soon after serving almost 90% of his house arrest sentence, as per ESPN.

and his brother, Roberto de Assis, have been in house arrest since 5 March.

The former Barcelona superstar was sentenced to six months in jail but he was allowed to spend the rest of his prison time under house arrest.

They attempted to enter Paraguay using fake passports, claiming that both were born in the country.

Their sentence is about to end soon but they remain under investigation for possible money laundering.
