Source: Barca want to sell Suarez before signing Lautaro

Fabrizio Romano reveals Barca's board believe the Uruguayan's time has come to an end as they don't see the two strikers together at the club.

Highly reliable transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has just confirmed Mundo Deportivo's earlier story that Barcelona are only going to sign Lautaro Martinez if they offload Luis Suarez.

He told Calciomercato that the club's board don't see the two strikers together as part of their project for the future.

The transfer expert adds that the executives feel that Suarez's cycle at Barca is coming to its end.

It means Barca need to sell the Uruguayan in order to raise money and make way for the 22-year-old.

As for Lautaro, he remains silent, fully dedicated to Inter.
