Source confirms that Sancho transfer saga is not over

The Red Devils remain interested in signing Sancho this summer and Romano claims the transfer is possible as long as the window is open.

Speaking on the PodSaveTheBall podcast, tier-one Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano said: "Jadon Sancho saga over? At the moment, according to Manchester United and according to who's working on the deal, not yet.

"It's not over. It's over on the 5th of October [when the transfer window closes]. That is Man United's mentality - we want to sign the player, we want to try again and we are convinced we can do it in the next weeks."

Romano went on to add that there's an agreement in place between the Red Devils in the player, down to contract details and the agent's commission.

However, Borussia Dortmund is staying firm on their valuation of the player and will refuse to let the Englishman leave for anything less than £107 million without add-ons.
