4 ex Barcelona B team players accuse Barca of not paying them their €40,000 bonuses for reaching promotional playoff

4 former Barcelona B players have taken the Catalan club to the players’ union for not paying them for reaching the promotional playoff last season, Mundo Deportivo reveal.

These players are Kike Saverio, Chumi, Sergi Puig and Guillem Jaime.

They demand €10,000 to be paid to each member of the reserve team.

Barcelona insist the contracts stipulate these 4 players are not entitled to the bonus because they didn't actually play in the playoff fixtures.

All four of them left on June 30, before Barca B started their quest to qualify for the Segunda on July 19.

However, injured Alex Collado, Ferran Sarsanedas and Hiroki Abe didn't play in the playoff either but received the payment regardless.

As a reminder, Barca B failed to reach Segunda following the disappointing narrow defeat to Sabadell in the playoff final.
