Alex Collado has officially been named as Barcelona B team captain
The 21-year-old winger commits to the Catalan club, insisting he wants to convince the new coach and succeed here.
Barcelona B have officially named 21-year-old winger Alex Collado as the team's new captain.
This year, the starlet refused a loan deal even though he was strongly linked with Girona.
He has sent a powerful message to the club, saying: "I want to succeed at Barca. I was trained at La Masia and I decided to continue because I want to convince Koeman."
Collado endured some turbulent months as he suffered a muscle injury straight after recovering from a serious metatarsal fracture.
He is expected to return to action in two months' time.
Last term, the winger registered five goals and five assists in 24 matches for the B side.
He also made his first-team debut in the 2-0 defeat against Valencia in January.
Meanwhile; Oscar Mingueza, Oriol Busquets and Jandro Orellana will be the reserves' other 3 captains.
