Barcelona legend and former captain Carles Puyol reveals why he never played for other clubs but Barca

The former captain Puyol confesses he could end his career at Milan, But he never joined any club since leaving Camp Nou in 2014 because Barca was his home.

"I would have loved to go to Milan to play with Maldini, my idol. I would have been happy to end my career in Italy." Carles Puyol confessed to Goal.

But the former Barcelona captain went nowhere. He explained why: "In 2014, after my injury, I chose to retire despite the offers from English and Italian clubs.

"When your club is also your home you don't feel like wearing another shirt."

Carles won 24 trophies in 13 years for Barcelona, scoring 19 goals in 593 matches.
