Bolivia physio finally react to the heated brawl with Barcelona Captain Messi with Argentina

Messi was involved in a heated brawl after Argentina's 2-1 victory in Bolivia on Tuesday.

'Go f**k yourself, what's wrong with you baldy?' said Leo to the opposition's Argentinian physio Lucas Nava after the game.

Nava says that nothing serious happened between him and the Barcelona forward.

In fact, Lucas is a huge fan of the 33-year-old and his son's middle name is Lionel because of Messi.

"There was probably a misunderstanding," Bolivia physio Lucas Nava said of his heated exchange with Lionel Messi after Argentina's win earlier this week, as quoted by ESPN.

"The truth is that nothing happened, it's more what was created around us.

"There are normal insults that any Argentinian uses, there was no bad intention. What happened was that the game finished, I saw that there could be a possible brawl and I tried to separate our players so that they wouldn't be sent off.

"When you are part of your team you need to defend them. It hurt me that my son had to listen on TV that this and that about the bald [man]. I have had calls from everywhere, even from Spain. I've received insults and threats."

Argentina beat Bolivia 2-1 in the 2022 World Cup qualifier on Tuesday night.

TyC Sports quote the Barcelona forward yelling at Bolivia's Argentinian physio after the final whistle: "Go fuck yourself, what's wrong with you baldy? You were screaming the whole game asshole."

In fact, Nava is a huge fan of his fellow Argentine.

"As a supporter of the [Argentina] national team, there's no one bigger than him," he added. "He is No. 1. My son's middle name is Lionel because of him."
