Saved us when he had an opportunity to do so, almost faultless in 1v1 situations. Can't really blame him for all the goals conceded.

Federico Valverde – 7/10

Our most important player in the midfield today. Did much defensive job, attempted a few crucial passes into the penalty box in the 2nd half and almost secured us a draw with a long shot.

Vinicius Jr – 7/10

Scored a goal immediately after coming on as a sub and was really creative upfront after that. However, there was absolutely no need for him to stand in the box while Valverde was shooting from distance.

Rodrygo – 4.5/10

Was barely seen upfront in the first half. Got easily closed down by the opposition and didn't create any danger at all.

Raphael Varane – 4/10

Looked bleak at the back without Ramos, responsible for at least 2 of the three goals conceded.

Marcelo – 2/10

Arguably the worst player on the pitch today. Recorded an assist but looked simply frustrating and slow at the back – if Mendy played in the left-back position, the outcome could've been different.
