Barcelona boss Koeman not happy with his team tough calendar with international break coming up

Koeman says he would like for more players to stay at the club during the break in order to work on tactics.

The coach is worried that Barca have to play Atletico only three days after the internationals return.

"There are a lot of international players at the club. Of course, we would like to have the players stay because we can work on more tactical things, but we all know the calendar is very tight," Diario Sport quote Ronald Koeman saying.

"We will play Atletico Madrid away on Saturday when all the players come back only on Thursday."

The majority of the Barcelona squad will leave to represent their national teams during the international break, leaving the coach with a small group of players. Besides, there are several injured players that won't take part in training.

Barca's first match after the international break is going to be Atletico away. The game is set to take place on November 21.
