Carlo Ancelotti rubbishes rumours of Isco leaving Real Madrid for Everton

Isco has fallen down the pecking order at Bernabeu this season.

The ex-Madrid manager is reportedly pushing his club to sign the Spaniard in January.

However, Ancelotti claims that they have not even started thinking about the transfer campaign.

"It is not true that I am behind Isco," ex-Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti told the press about the rumours of a possible reunion with his former player at Everton.

"We haven’t started thinking about the team for the January market. So those comments are, as they say here, bulls**t."

It's been reported that Ancelotti has asked his current club to sign Isco in January, with Madrid purportedly ready to sell him for around £20m.

The 28-year-old has fallen down Zinedine Zidane's pecking order this season, starting only three out of possible 10 games across all competitions. Still, a midseason move for the 28-year-old looks unlikely.
