Ex-Barcelona striker Suarez: 'I know Messi is capable of moving forward and turning the situation around'

Suarez says that Messi's current situation hurts him.

Leo has been having one of the worst starts of the season of his career.

"As a teammate and a friend of Leo Messi, the situation hurts me. 

It worries me as a human being but I also know that he is capable of moving forward and turning the situation around," Luis Suarez has told Punto Penal.

Messi is having a slow start of the season. So far, the Argentine has recorded six goals in 11 matches for Barcelona. 

However, five of them were penalties. Besides, Leo is having a dreadful away run in the league, having scored in two of his last 15 away clashes.
