Ex-City winger Sinclair looks forward to Leo's potential arrival at Manchester city

Trevor Sinclair believes Messi is too young to return to Argentina while other European teams simply don't have the right manager.

He thinks Pep Guardiola is the only coach who can make Leo feel comfortable at a different club.

"I think Messi is inevitable. I can’t see anything other than that," former Manchester City winger Trevor Sinclair told talkSPORT.

He explained why he is so certain about Leo's potential move: "I can’t see it any other way.

"He is too young to go back to Argentina, and I don’t think there is any other club where they have the right manager in place where Messi would go in and feel comfortable under that manager.

"I feel it is inevitable it is going to happen… and I can’t wait for it to happen!"

Manchester City have re-emerged as main candidates to land Messi after Pep Guardiola signed a new deal with the club. Meanwhile, Leo will be without a contract next summer.
