'If he doesn't suffer any injuries, Trincao will win Ballon d'Or' at Barcelona: Portugal great Futre

Fellow Portuguese describes Francisco as a very humble and hardworking boy.

He tips the 20-year-old to score 4 times in the upcoming Atletico clash.

"If he doesn't suffer any injuries, Trincao will win the Ballon d'Or. Write it down," Portugal and Atletico Madrid legend Paulo Futre stated during a video chat with Mundo Deportivo.

On his countryman, Futre added: "He's a very humble boy who works hard. For me, he is already among the best left-footed players in Portugal."

While predicting the score of the upcoming duel between Atletico and Barcelona, Futre said: "I hope we win 5-4 and Trincao scores these 4 goals."

Trincao enjoyed a breakthrough season with Braga, scoring 9 goals in 40 matches. His exploits earned him a €31m move to Barca.

The 20-year-old hasn't scored for the new club yet, registering 225 minutes in 9 games.
