Man United offer Timothy Fosu-Mensah new contract

The defender is approaching the final seven months of his current deal.

As reported by the MEN, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen on tying down Timothy Fosu-Mensah to a new contract at Man United.

The defender's current deal will expire next year and he has started four games in three-and-a-half years for the Red Devils.

The MEN adds that United have already offered him fresh terms and the ball is in Fosu-Mensah's court at the moment.

Clubs have shown an interest in the 22-year-old but Solskjaer is believed to be impressed with the youngster's attitude in training after the lockdown.

Interestingly, Fosu-Mensah also started ahead of Diogo Dalot against Crystal Palace about four months ago.
