Mikel Arteta reveals what impressed him in Arsenal win over Molde

Arteta is delighted with the reaction of Arsenal to the conceded goal.

He's also happy with the defensive display that almost totally nullified Molde's attacking efforts.

The boss piles praise on the youngsters who play with lots of courage.

He urges Willock to keep his high level of performance to get chance in the Premier League.

"It was really important for us to win tonight and go top of the group," Mikel Arteta told BT Sport in the post-Molde interview. "We had a convincing victory and the boys tried to go for them from the first minute. We went a goal behind but it was about the reaction, we created a lot of chances.

"If they did not score their own goals, we had players there for the tap in. We could sustain attacks and we did not want to let them run on the counter because they are a threat.

"I really like the approach that the younger players are having for each game, they want to make the difference, they are playing with a lot of personalities.

"Joe Willock could have scored more, he created a goal and a good performance. Keep doing what he is doing consistently and his chance will arrive (in the Premier League)."

After 3 games, Arsenal sit top of the group B with maximum points.

The Gunners now return to the Premier League action now with a clash against Aston Villa on Sunday.
