Salah tests negative for Covid-19, set to return to training
Liverpool Egyptian winger Mo Salah has reportedly tested negative for Covid-19 according to the Egyptian health ministry and is see to return to training after missing his team premier league game against Leicester on Sunday a game they won 3-0.
"Salah's latest test returned a negative result," health ministry spokesman Khaled Megahed told local media.
"He has received a week-long treatment in accordance with the Egyptian protocol until he fully recovered."
It was initially reported that Salah could miss Liverpool's Champions League game against Atalanta but the Liverpool frontman is now in contention to feature against the Italian team.
