Solskjaer gives update on two Manchester United injured players after Istanbul Basaksehir win

Lindelof and Wan-Bissaka have injury concerns and will be monitored further.

In addition, Shaw and Bailly remain sidelined too.

When asked about injured players after beating Istanbul Basaksehir 4-1, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told the official Man United site: "It’s back problems for Victor [Lindelof] and he had an ankle problem, Aaron [Wan-Bissaka], so there was no point taking any more chances and risking more swelling to it.

"Hopefully they’ll be ready for the weekend but we’re not sure."

Lindelof was replaced by Axel Tuanzebe after half-time as the Red Devils registered a win to remain at the top of the Champions League Group H standings.

However, we've got games against Southampton and Paris Saint-Germain coming up and we need to be at our best.

In addition to Lindelof and Wan-Bissaka being doubtful to play over the weekend, Luke Shaw and Eric Bailly continue to be sidelined as they recover from a hamstring injury and muscle problem respectively.
