Solskjaer on Manchester United Qualification: 'Our aim is to top the group, not just one point'

Ole lauds the team's overall performance in the first half.

He also praises Cavani and Van de Beek for their spirited performances.

After Man United's 4-1 win over Istanbul Basaksehir, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told BT Sport: "I felt first half you could see our intent right away. The lads wanted to enjoy themselves and we created chances and scored some nice goals.

"Donny [Van de Beek] can play in different positions and Edinson [Cavani] is a good old-fashioned number nine and we haven't had that for a while and I was happy with how Anthony [Martial] played off the left.

"We need one more point to go through, but we want to top the group, that’s our aim."

The Red Devils truly ran the show at Old Trafford and it was a night to remember indeed!
