Koeman reacts to news of Barcelona interim president Tusquets selling Messi

Barca's interim president Tusquets has said that he would've sold Messi in the summer.

Koeman wants Leo to stay at the club.

"Carles Tusquets' opinion about Messi is not my concern, Leo has a contract and we want him here," Ronald Koeman has said during the press conference ahead of the Cadiz match.

"I don't know about the club's figures, it's not my job, it's a difficult situation, but for all clubs," the coach added.

Barcelona's interim president Tusquets has said in a recent interview that, from an economic point of view, he would've sold Messi back in summer.

Leo's current contract with the Catalans expires already next summer, meaning that Blaugrana could lose him for free. The captain can start negotiating with other clubs already in January.
