'Todibo won't be part of the squad': Benfica coach Jorge Jesus speaks on Barca loanee.

Barcelona French defender Jean-Clair Todibo who joined Portuguese club Benfica in October is yet to make a single appearance since moving to the club from Spain.

But Benfica head coach Jorge Jesus has shed light to the situation on why he is yet to make a single appearance saying that Todibo is still not fit and won't be part of the squad in the short term.

"Todibo won't be [part of the squad for the next game]. He is not fit and not acknowledged with the team's tactics. He hasn't been working with the team. He isn't one of the players I'm thinking about," Benfica head coach Jorge Jesus has told Record.

Earlier, it was reported that Benfica could part ways with the Frenchman already in January.
