Araujo happy with his playing time this season: 'I still have a lot to learn'

Araujo is happy with the amount of playing time he's been getting this season but claims he knew that the Cornella match was going to be tough as he faced them before.

The centre-back assures that Barca will fight for La Liga until the end.

"I work to have chances and I'm happy to taking advantage of them, and happy that the coach gives me confidence, I can play and help the team," Ronald Araujo has told the club's official website. (h/t Diario Sport)

"A player who is playing is always happy. Things are going well but we have to keep working, I still have a lot to learn and must keep adding experience.

"I’m happy that we got through in the Copa against a hard rival because of the pitch we played on. I have played there before and I knew it was hard. We could have killed the game earlier but the objective was to win.

"We will fight for La Liga," he concluded.

This term so far, Araujo has made 15 appearances for Barcelona, scoring one goal. He's been one of the most consistent performers in the squad, producing one good performance after another. In fact, it's reported that Ronald hasn't been dribbled past in the last 10 games.
