Atletico Madrid have joined the interest in Liverpool outcast Divock Origi.

La Liga side Atletico Madrid have shown interest in Liverpool out of favour player Divock Origi.

Local journalist Ciro Venerato told Radio Kiss Kiss that the Reds frontman is on the La Liga leaders' radar.

He said, "The bottom line is that Diego Simeone, who recently agreed to let Diego Costa end his contract early, wants a replacement for the Spain international as quickly as possible, and he's instructed his director of football, Andrea Berta, to find him someone.

While Arek Milik is an option, Venerato claims there are other names being evaluated, including that of Arsenal's Alexandre Lacazette.

Not only that, but he adds: “[Berta] was offered Loren Moron (from Real Betis), as well as Origi."
